Tracking Myles Turner’s London Experience

LONDON — With the Indiana Pacers participating in the NBA’s Global Games on Thursday, Myles Turner was given a fantastic opportunity to go sightseeing in London throughout the week.

The Pacers touched down in London on Monday.

Myles got to see “Big Ben” at the Palace of Westminster on Monday night.

Myles was able to test out one of London’s iconic phone booths.

Tuesday began with a tour of the city on a double-decker bus.

The Pacers took a team photo following their tour.

It was practice time for the Pacers after their team photo.

Myles received his first watch at the TISSOT store in London after practice.

While at the TISSOT store, Myles got the opportunity to meet up with NBA legend Dikembe Mutombo.

The team had dinner at Kensington Palace.

Wednesday began by the Pacers leading the Jr. NBA Clinic at London’s O2 Arena.

The Pacers got their first feel of the 02 Arena during Wednesday’s practice.

The Pacers met soccer star Jan Vertonghen of Tottenham Hotspur after practice.

For the remainder of Wednesday, the focus shifted from sightseeing to preparation for Thursday’s game.

Before heading to the O2 Arena for Thursday’s morning shoot-around, Myles took some photos with fans.


The scene was set to welcome the Indiana Pacers and the Denver Nuggets for the game.

The Pacers arrived at The O2 Arena for the game.

The Pacers were greeted by a warm reception from the crowd when they took the court.

The players wore special Stance socks to match the occasion.

The players signed autographs and took pictures with the crowd before the game.

The starting lineup was given a loud introduction.

Paul George addressed the crowd on behalf of the Pacers organization.

Paul George debuted his new signature shoe, the ‘Nike PG1’.

The Denver Nuggets won the game by a score of 140-112.
